I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Workday (Prague) in May 2019
Interview
Applied online, had a phone interview with the hiring manager, the founder of the solution/start-up acquired by Workday. The HM seemed rather disinterested, not at all committed to hiring someone. Initially, the interview was slated for 30 minutes; after 20 minutes the interviewer was already fidgety, at the 28 minutes mark he mentioned another meeting and cut off the discussion. All questions were very easy, meant for junior SW managers and seemed rehearsed. Overall impression: another candidate was already selected for the position, my interview was set just to bump up the stats ("selected 1 out of X+1 candidates").
