Workday Software Applications Developer interview questions

One phone screen with HR and one phone interview with the hiring manager; then one 4 hrs onsite interview.

After submitting my resume, they invited me on site for an all day interview. This consisted of a breakfast, company orientation, 3 hour block of 1:1 interviews, followed by another group presentation of the company, and finally concluded with a social. All in all, the 1:1 interviews never really went too technical. They focused primarily on object relational models and design questions. They don't really go into coding as their in house developers use a proprietary language. They really went out of their way to make the interview as stress free as possible and all of their employees are pretty laid back.
