6 interviews over the course of 4 weeks just to receive a "Oops maybe next time" generic email when I did not get the role. I was told that the fact that I had made it to the final round was a great sign. No feedback provided after so much time dedicated to interviewing.

Scenario based questions. Describe times you handled conflict within your team? How did you resolve? Describe leadership style. How do you keep teams motivated remotely?
