Workiva Executive Assistant interview questions

I had a kick off call with Maxo Jean Pierre. Thanked him via email after the call and received no response. Sent a follow up email the following week and again received no response. Then 3 weeks later Maxo sends an email stating, “The team has decided to move forward with other candidates who more closely meet the needs of the position.” Timely communication is something people greatly value, as it reflects professionalism and respect for all parties involved but clearly this experience was far from that. I hope management addresses this promptly if they value the reputation of the company.
