Interview
Wynns interview process has always been odd, but you walk into their employee center with about 40 other people and are seated directly in front of the director of pool operations and pool managers from both towers (Wynn, Encore) and an HR recruiter who does all the talking. They'll ask you for your name for an interesting thing about you, and a favorite customer experience. If they like you you'll move immediately to the next interview with the respective manager for the pool they have selected you for.

Quite relaxed and laid back, simple and easy questions. Pretty easy people to talk to. Was taken in a cabana by the pool, by the manager and the head lifeguard present.

Interview
I applied in February 2019 and I recieved a call back within two weeks. I was interviewed in March 2019 then I started working in April 2019. During the interview process I had to get a drug test that involved cutting part of my hair for them to analyze.
