The process took 3 months. I interviewed at XPO (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
I did way to many interviews with different people, some that were leaving the company, some didn’t show up to the interviews and we had to reschedule. I asked the recruiter for feedback and she ghosted. I would suggest not wasting candidates time.
Was scheduled for a virtual interview but no one from XPO showed up. Sat in the virtual waiting room for 15 minutes. Never received an apology or any communication from them since.
