I got a request to set up a phone interview with the recruiter and within a couple of days we spoke. I was told that my salary may not be in the range for this position but there was another that I could be considered for and my resume would be presented to the hiring manager for review. After not hearing anything reached out to the recruiter and we exchanged a few nice emails and said she would get back to me. Been a couple of months now with no response no rejection - no nothing. Sort of strange and not a good reflection on the company.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at XPO (Charlotte, NC) in Jun 2017
Interview
It moved quickly. there were phone screens with relevant individuals. then face to face then offer. Very straight forward process. Now just taking up space for the 30 words. This should not be required again wasting my time blah blah blah insane. your system is sub-par

Question 1
Informal interview. More of a conversation. Impressive staff. They identified other roles that I would be a good fit for other than the one I was applying. Delays in the process were due to travel demands of interviewer. the 30 word requirement from glassdoor is unnecessary and achieved. however this form is still asking for 30 words. waste of my time
The hiring process seems to be a lengthy one. They take pride in the candidates that they choose and they take the time to make sure that the right candidate is chosen for the position.
