0. Career fair. Company was sold as the next Google. Handed them resume, applied on career website. Nothing happened for half a year...then
1. 30 min phone interview with recruiter
2. 30 min interview with Hiring Manager via Google hangout
3. 3x30 min interviews with random people over Google hangout in a conference room in the Xero office, + 1 "in person ". Interview was chaotic, nobody had an idea what's going on, took a while to figure out if the interviewers were in the office, at home or overseas.
Every interviewer had a different idea about the purpose of the position, no sense of agreement.
It was agreed upon that the recruiter would call within a few days. Never happened.
Asked for update per email. Received email response 2 weeks later..."blablabla...after evaluating...you are not the one."
Conclusion: Hip company with growing pains. Unprofessional in the interviewing process. "Xero" direction. Chaos.
