Strange interview process as one of the panellist was a more junior team member, a developer I think who on the day opted to join via video call when I was asked that this will be n person. I was not pre-informed about this.
The feedback afterwards was that I didn't provide examples of Hybrid delivery methodologies from this same junior developer, which is not factual.
Xero are facing major scaling up issues moving form small to medium an large corporate mind-set and operating models that requires a lot of lead operational and business scaling up.
I also get the impression they advertise what I think are not real jobs, just scanning the market as the capability gap on their end is clear yet they leave decision makers for senior roles made by junior highly inexperienced people.
Very disappointed, hopefully not another kiwi brand that will fail to scale up.
