Thank you for taking the time to review your experience on Glassdoor. We appreciate how frustrating it is to find what seems to be your perfect job and logistics get in the way. The way in which we recruit in Customer Experience (CX) requires us to start everyone together so we can support their onboarding and training process. That often means synchronising availability of a number of people as part of the hiring activity. We're sorry that you weren't contacted as you should have been to explain this to you. It seems like this is a timing issue rather than a lack of interest in you though and it would have been lovely if you felt you could have spoken with us when you saw the advert rather than come away feeling you've been rejected out of hand. We can't bring people into the company as single new starters in our Customer Experience department but we could have explained this to you rather than leave you feeling that we weren't interested in you and the experience you could have brought to the role.
