Interview
The recruiter was grossly unorganized, made false promises, and then set me up for a 2nd round interview which was no showed. I followed up and was apologized to because she messed up and then got a staple we are not moving forward with you. I feel that I am beyond qualified for this role, but the recruiter they are utilizing, who knows VERY little about the company so assuming it was outsourced, dropped the ball and opportunity for me to join the team.
