Question 1
What was a failure you dealt with and how did you overcome it
The interview process was pretty standard with no technical interviews. It consisted of two behavioral interviews with HR followed by two interviews with a few members of the team. Overall a great process and very smooth.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Xylem (Raleigh, NC) in Aug 2021
Interview
I applied and 1 week later I had an initial phone screen. The recruiter seemed to have had a I could care less attitude. Every question she asked, whenever I would answer she would just say, "mmm hmm" and be typing away. Her responses were so generic you could copy and paste them into any conversation. She seemed like one of those recruiters who is unhappy in life and whose sole mission is to contact potential candidates and point out which boxes they don't check for the role. I did receive a rejection notice about 2 months later.
