I applied through college recruitment program. There were 3 rounds at college. First we had an aptitude test(pen & paper) which was pretty easy. Shortlisted students had a technical pen & paper test there itself. It was MCQ test with ques on oops, java, sql queries & normalisation and .NET. Students who cleared tech test had to give pre-HR. They just check your communication skills in this round and see whether you are willing to work with them. 150 students had applied initially out of which 32 were called for interview at Pune office.
After two days shortlisted students were called for tech and HR interviews. Tech interview was not very difficult. They asked ques about BE project, RDBMS, normalisation and so on. They had a page with various tables and asked queries based on them. Students who did not clear tech were asked to leave. Then finally we had HR interview. They asked normal ques like introduce yourself, what do you know about our company, project work, job profile and so on.
Finally 16 students were selected and I was one of them.
