I applied for job via their website, however I did not receieve any feedback on my application, I had worked on a project with them, made contact with the team lead, who directed me to the HR manager, sent an email with my application to the HR manager, after which a phone interivew was scheduled, which I was successful then a face to face interview was scheduled
