I applied through college or university. It was a 2 days process and had multiple HR and technical rounds.1st day was aptitude test which was very easy followed by Hr+technical interview.
2nd day we were called to the company for interview where again we had a technical round and an HR round.
The recruitment process began with an online assessment round to evaluate aptitude, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Candidates who cleared this stage were shortlisted for a pre-HR screening round, followed by a detailed technical interview. Finally, the selected candidates attended the HR round, which focused on communication skills, personality, and overall cultural fit within the organization.
