I applied online. I interviewed at Yardi Systems (Goleta, CA) in Dec 2019
Interview
The interview process was straight forward and what I would expect of a company this size. I hit it off with the big boss who was speaking as if I already worked there which led me to believe I had the job. However the manager who was from the midwest, who I would have reported to seemed to have buzzy/stressed out energy and after slam dunking the interview I can now only assume I must have intimidated her somehow because they re-listed the job and didn't hire anyone. Very bizarre and perhaps a blessing as I remember thinking I liked the company and the big boss but I couldn't imagine being managed by the spazzy, midwest supervisor. Something was brewing beneath the surface with her that's for sure. I'm a fairly good judge of character and I believe I dodged a bullet.
