Interview
1) The Hiring was through campus(college) placement. At Initial Stage we were directed to take 2 tests at talentojo.com. The 2 tests were
i) TalentOjo Generic Assessment (100 questions relating to Personality Assessment)
ii) What's Your Dominant Thinking Style?(20 Puzzles)
2) The next Stage consisted of an Aptitude Test. I cracked the Aptitude Test. It consisted of 2 sections:
i) Technical Section(Questions on C#.NET,Java,C++,Linux Commands) (45 minutes)
ii) Aptitude Section (45 minutes)
3) The 3rd stage was the Pre-HR Round
4) Technical Interview at Company campus. Consisted of mostly SQL Queries.

All the questions were pretty easy. It was just Fundamentals that were asked.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Yardi Systems (Pune)

Interview process was good.
It starts with a general aptitude test followed by SQL Server Written test wherein queries are needed to be answered.
Further, technical interview and then HR interview
One day event and at the end of the day you would come to know if you are being selected/rejected

Interview
they ask SQL, mostly the basics. They ask about the SDLC. You can give your ideas also. Be creative. In development, they ask ASP.NET. Try coming up prepared. The process will depend whether you are fresher or experienced.
For fresher, if you have hands on experience on .NET framework, it will a bonus.
They have SQL server backend platform. So preparing for it will be an added advantage.

it is one long process starts with:
1. Aptitude test
2. Pre-HR interview
3. Face to face technical interview (Only SQL questions)
4. Face to face technical interview (General Programming questions.)
5. HR interview.
After completing these rounds HR ask you to leave and let you know later by phone call.
