Had 3 interviews: a hiring manager, a team member, and team managers. Great energy and friendly team. I was asked to fill a questionnaire after the interview with the team member and presented my answers in the next interview. Had a positive experience but was ghosted. Followed up and received no response

Interview
Very buttoned up process, clear and direct. They asked very thought provoking questions, inquired about successes and failures and how I overcame them. The definition of the AE role was clearly defined.

Interview
3 rounds the first one was a presentation/pitch following some questions. Round 2 was focused on related experience and seeing how much of an understanding you have on what Yardi does. 3 rd round was very similar to the second round just a different manager.
Interview process was thorough and I felt supported throughout from HR. They communicated well with me and I felt like they understood what I was looking for in a job not just I’d fit their mold.
