Interview with Human Resources, then panel interview with three Team Leads. They spend a lot of time during the interview process telling you about the company. The last interview is with the GM / VP who asks you what you know about the job and what you learned during the interview process - so pay attention to your early interviews!

Lots of questions regarding previous work experience. Many situational questions (Prep before hand) You must also give a presentation on analytics data.

Interview
It is a two part interview process. One initial typical interview and the second involves a presentation in front of leads and directors. Presenting is part of the job, so the second part ensures you're ready for that aspect.

The people were very nice, it was a two-interviews process - a ten minute phonecall and then an hour for the interview with the department manager. It took a while for them to review my application, but acter the callback it was a speedy process.
