Applied online. Received a phone call from a company recruiter who was very nice and asked a few questions regarding my previous work experience. She then called back the same day asking if I could come in for an interview the next day. I met with three people currently working in the department and the HR recruiter I spoke with over the phone. I was given a skills test and given a tour of the building. The facilities are fairly modern. Employees all looked pretty young. I have heard from other people who know people who work there that they are happy working for the company. I thought the in-person interview went pretty well. The recruiter however had mentioned that they already had another person in mind for the position but wanted to make sure they were making the right decision d decided to call me in. Less than a week later I received a vague letter in the mail stating they were not going to be offering me the position but that I was welcome to apply for other positions on their website career section.
