Efficient and friendly process. One of the few interviews in recent times I've had where it was more about what I really knew and if I fit in, rather than a flurry of gotchya questions.

It was the first stage of the interview where I had to record myself answering five questions and then send it in. I responded with my video a day after they sent it, and never received anything back. Nothing even saying thanks for the video, but we have gone with someone else.
