I applied to the position through glass door. I was later called by a recruiter for the position. the recruiter then sent me a Questionnaire in my email. the file contained a few basic questions on testing procedures. "a device had 2 features whats the best way to test .." the recruiter then scheduled a phone interview. over the phone, we discussed the questionnaire and how I arrived at my answers. there were a few questions that I missed some details on but they were simple mistakes. Next was the in person interview. At the interview I was brought into a conference room with 2 interviewers. they began by asking about the questionnaire again until they realised that i had already gone over it with someone during the phone interview. (the person who gave the phone interview was not available that day) After a few basic questions about testing procedures, I was given a PCB to look at and evaluate. the interviewers asked a few overarching questions about the board like "how can it be powered?" and "what does it do?". The interviewers seemed happy with my answers and guided me if i overlooked something. I believe they were looking for general knowledge of PCBs more than accurate answers.
