Applied through employee referral, whole process took less than two weeks. First, phone interview with the hiring manager. Typical getting to know you type questions, i.e. why this position, why this company, where do you see yourself in 2 and 5 years. A couple situational questions. Asked about some technical skills, i.e. have you ever done X (skill listed on job description). Very straight forward and conversational.
