      Tier II Customer Advocate Interview

      Anonymous Interview Candidate

      No offer
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zendesk (London, England) in Jul 2015

      Interview

Very quick process. First you get a call from a recruiter. The phone interview is straight forward with general questions about your background and your sights of future career growth. The second, face-to-face interview, is very easy no tricks. You should get your homework done about one of Zendesks features. Generally, show a passion to the company and compliment their work - that's your ticket for a pass. :) There's a technical test, which again is about Zendesk feature. They're supposed to break it and then come back to you and you explain what you did to fix it.

      Question 1

How many channels they're in Zendesk?

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zendesk (London, England)

      Interview

Phone screening then face-to-face invite which involved a product demo. Interviewers were very disorganized, unprofessional and didn't seem like they even knew how to conduct an interview. Despite it being obvious about 15 minutes in that I was not going to get the position they decided to wait a week to let me know via an email using a generic template which is very unprofessional by 2015 standards.

      Question 1

After reading about the culture of the company I would have expect a more personal interview or formal chat to match but instead was faced with a bunch of standard interview questions, again this could have just been the people conducting the interviews decision and shouldn't reflect on the company itself.
