I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. However, we receive a lot of applications and are unable to speak with every one of them - even though we certainly appreciate you taking the time to apply!
In regards to the job still being advertised for a role that had been close, this can happen due to the way job ads are deployed. They can often take 1/2 days to go live and also being closed.
Again, we're sorry you had a bad experience this time but hope you consider us for future roles :-)
