I had 2 interviews: the first one with the Recruitment Manager, the second one with the Head of Recruitment based in Dublin. After the latter told me they would like me to move to the next stage, and after the Recruitment Manager asked me how my last interview went, I did not hear from them anymore. Despite me following up about a week later, I got ghosted after 2 interviews.
