I was originally referred for another position in Sales at Zendesk by a current employee but did not provide enough experience to be considered. Subsequently, I expressed my interest in this role, went through a first phone screen with the recruiter and was invited to on-site interviews right away. The interviews were all very professional, insightful and I felt that everybody was interested in my background. I talked to the team lead and the overall manager as well as current employees with whom they chat was a little more casual. There was an on-site language test which was - just like the rest of the process - rather easy. The recruiter provided me with a lot information since the role would have included working on the weekends as well. I received an offer on the day that I came into Zendesk's office. Overall, I was very satisfied with the whole interview process!
