Applied thru Linkedin, at first thought it was a scam as it detailed exactly what I do/did for previous companies. Got an invite from the hiring manager, then was given to the recruiter for the normal process. Interviewed face to face with the team in Melbourne and over skype with regional operation leaders in Singapore and Philippines. The process took less than 2 months but was efficient, everyone was well coordinated and knew exactly what they want for the post. Unfortunately, there has been a change in the scope of the position thus my application was not pursued at the last moment by the Management.
Advertised Position was changed and from the looks of it the location of the post is to be changed as well, not anyone's fault as this is a growing business and a changing company which for me is exciting but for others may not be.
Zendesk is still defining who they want to be, so don't expect a clear direction yet but definitely it's worth the risk.
