Zendesk Senior Software Developer interview questions

I had been referred by an employee in Dec 2020. Had an initial discussion with the HR about the role, my previous experience, expected compensation. Even though the salary range was lower, I made it clear I was very much interested due to other benefits like stock options and health coverage. The HR said she will get back to me after speaking with the hiring manager but I did not hear back from her for a week. On sending an e-mail asking for an update, I got a standard automated mail stating I had not been considered for the position with no feedback at all which was very unprofessional. In Feb 2021, I was again referred to a similar role and a discussion was setup with the same HR. During the discussion, the HR realised she had spoken to me earlier and said I cannot be considered for another role for 6 months. When I asked why as no interviews had happened earlier that assessed my skills, she rudely conveyed that my last conversation with her was an interview as far as she was concerned. Her body language and tone of voice was rude and unprofessional and not expected of someone representing Zendesk.

Decent people I met. Passed all rounds, but got rejected by ghosting. It was a position at Singapore, but I was interviewed by US engineers mostly. They were all professional. What you read about their culture on their blog is probably true. In the first round the hiring manager gave me an introduction, unlike other companies who would hit you with a phone screen or take-home assignment. Then there were 4 or 5 phases altogether including technical and behavioral with the manager and director. Unfortunately, after the interviews, nobody informed me anything about an offer or rejection for more than a week. Queries to recruiters went unanswered. I assumed they rejected.
