Zendesk Software Developer I interview questions

Met with recruiter. She scheduled interview a couple weeks after. Went in to career center and met one of the engineers. Did a simple string reversal algorithm. Did not receive follow up because they were looking for someone with more front-end experience

I'm really happy with how this went. I was never shut in a room for hours with a piece of paper or some sort of aptitude test. There were a lot of stages but each stage felt worthwhile and was about a different aspect of work life. There were several coding tests, one about architecture, another about a simple programming exercise. There was a lot of emphasis on team work and personality. There were several interviews with decision makers. They were clearly making an effort and taking the time to get things right and even before I got an offer I really appreciated the genuineness of how it all worked.
