Interview
ZoomInfo has a very straightforward interview process. - Screening with the Recruiter. - Interview with a peer leader for the role - Interview with the hiring manager - Interview with senior leadership for the organization - Presentation as the final step One of the better if not the best interview processes I've experienced. Everyone I met with was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent and maintained a focus on that the role needed to be a fit for both of us. The recruiter, McKenzie Griffin, is outstanding! She managed the process with an engaging, transparent communication style that made interviewing with ZoomInfo a pleasure. McKenzie provided interview preparation information for each round and feedback every step of the way. The role evolved and ended up not being a fit for me, but even then, McKenzie followed up with me quickly and communicated transparently with feedback. She is the best recruiter I've worked with. The interview process with a company is (in my view) a great window into a company's culture. Even though the role didn't work out for me, the ZoomInfo interview process showed me that is a company I would want to join.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2023
Interview
Wasn't the best experience, the hiring manager was more interested about the strategies my current company is running vs. learning more about my experience; the recruiter completely ghosted me after I followed up a few times.
