I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Zscaler (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
I talked to multiple people drawn out over many weeks. I think I did favorably on all the interviews but found the process chaotic. I like to prepare for the interviews and follow up after. Many times, there would be no acknowledgement and there was absolutely 0 feedback from recruiting. They simply stated, "Everyone liked you but we are extending the offer to someone else"
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zscaler in Jan 2025
Interview
Dont waste your time interviewing. They jerk candidates off only to hire an internal candidate at the end. They have a rigorous interview process. They'll make you go through all 5-6 rounds - managers, peers, directors, and panel - only to finally hire an internal candidate. The candidate experience is worse than poor. Feels like they make candidates hang on till the final rounds only to show metrics - and not really hire.
there are around 4 to 5 stages of interview process, each stage of the process provide a great insight of your skill and knowledge to the hiring manager, it is unique. Thumbs up.
