Overall I had a negative experience with interviewing at ZScaler. Even though I made it to an in-person interview with the hiring manager, I have been ghosted for several months. Zscaler recruiting, please act professionally and ethical. Had an interview with the recruiter and passed that, after which I was set up with an interview with the hiring manager. That interview went extremely well and the manager mentioned on the spot that I would advance to the next round and the names of colleagues I'd be speaking with. Unfortunately in the two months since then I've heard nothing, and I've been ghosted by the recruiter even after several emails. I would not recommend to colleagues that they speak with ZScaler, and I will not believe their recruiters.
