I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zscaler (Denver, CO) in Oct 2022
Interview
Pretty average interview process for a CSM. They wanted to know my problem solving skills and the sort of books of business I've carried. However, I thought the way the process ended was decidedly unprofessional. The put me through 3 rounds of calls and couldn't even be bothered to send an automated email saying I didn't get the role let alone emailing any feedback. For the third call the leader was over 15 mins late and I ended up having to adjust my own schedule to meet with them later in the day. I'm sure this is a good company but my interview process with them wasn't.
