The first round was a portfolio review and the hiring manager was very thorough in asking questions. The questions were based around my portfolio projects, why I chose to solve that particular problem and who would benefit from it. There was some feedback also given on the projects and I think they were also testing if the feedback would be taken into consideration.
There was later an assignment round followed by a technical round based on the assignment submitted. The assignment was pretty straightforward, had to make sure to illustrate thought process and approach to the solution.
The technical round was white boarding on the spot iterations and questions based on that.
