How do handle keeping yourself separated from becoming attached to the residents, example - if a resident passes, do I become completely attached or can I except, help and move on.
All questions were very basic and pretty straight forward. There weren't any questions that made me give them my expertise on situations. They just asked what my experience was, how i'm qualified, personality characteristics good for the position, work ethic, etc.
This job requires getting in people's faces, smiling, and asking over and over to ask the residents to participate. It's exhausting. Is that something you're willing to do?
