Process consisted of a programming puzzle screener over email followed by a one day in-person interview with three 1:1 sessions. People seemed nice and reasonably intelligent, but certainly not exceptionally intelligent. They've apparently used the same exact screening puzzle and interview questions for years, so it's not hard to find answers online. The screening puzzle involves constructing walls out of lego-style blocks. It's not a terribly difficult recursion question, but answers are googlable without too much work anyway. When I looked at their interview questions on glassdoor, I found three questions. They asked only two questions in the interview, and I was amazed that both were the exact questions found on glassdoor. With knowing the questions beforehand, it was easy to ace them.

Three sets of 3 X 1 hour 1:1 interviews. Mix of peers and next level up (director). Very time intensive, everyone stressed how many hours everyone works, how long they had been at the company. No one seemed to see that the interview process was overly time intensive. I heard the same phrases from all the people I spoke to, seemed like company speak/brain washing.
