Applied for several roles. There was a glitch in their system where I applied to a job, but it showed up that I had applied for another role. To my suprise they called seeking a phone interview about the job I had been erroreously submitted to. The phone interview was a short general resume screener, which at the end I was told I was going to be brought in for an in-person. I tried studying up on the details of the job as it wasn't something that I was very familiar with. Met with an HR rep when I arrived who walked me to a conference room. The interview was a behavioral style. The first person I was set to meet sat down and starting working down the list of question. I started describing relatable experiences, but was constantly cut off and questioned about my wording. It seems as though they questioning if I actually did was I had done with past work, which I found sort of rude. The next person was less intense, and not as offensive, and actually allowed me to give full answers. I didn't meet with others I was scheduled to meet as they were busy. I was told I'd receive feedback the next day, but I knew from the interviewers I was not what they wanted. A few days later I received the standard HR thank you, no thank you email.
