Multiple questions regarding specifics of previous sales management successes and failures. Most of the interview was not as scripted as I expected. Certainly a difficult interview, but I was prepared and did not struggle. If you cannot talk about your strengths, weaknesses, and overall results with confidence, you will struggle.
If I was a customer coming into your branch and notice you are short staffed and don't have that many tellers, but yet another financial insituation down the street is fully staffed with many tellers, how would you explain it to me?
