Assistant Relation Manager is a junior role, but the entire interview process is not friendly, especially the case study (at least you need to write 8-9 pages). it takes time, and i feel the case study is designed for a credit analyst role rather than an assistant RM. Good for graduate to apply the role

Asked about my 30-60-90 day plan. Asked questions related to how I would deal with differing situations. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Explained a job scenario and the Hiring Manager wanted to know what I would do in such a situation (the situation was very similar to the job responsibility).
The questions focused on my ability to demonstrate/relate my experiences to the role on offer.
