There was really nothing difficult about the interview. it was very straight forward
That dreaded "What would you consider your greatest weaknesses or faults?"
There were no questions that were difficult or unexpected. It's a pretty easy process.
like i said just your average interview
None of the questions were difficult. I was just asked if I knew anyone who worked there, had any previous experience, and if I was available nights/weekends.
The most difficult part of it is getting your Smart Serve, your CPR certificate and Radio Operations certificate and knowing something about boating
