It is literally the most basic interview you have ever had in your life. They ask you generic questions (why do you want to work here, reason for leaving last job, etc). If you've seen an interview on a movie or TV show, you know what to expect from this--minus having John C. Reily coming out of nowhere to help with the whole "Pan/Pam" thing.

I don't recall anything out of the ordinary. I think they were interested in knowing how I got along with others and whether I had the personality/temperament for the job.
