bp Customer Service Assistant interview questions

I received a call asking if i was available for a phone interview. I told them I was busy at the moment and wanted to reschedule. The caller just said "Okay, okay." and hung up the phone before I could even get another word in.

I applied online and I was sent an email to attend an interview. A guy also called me to double-check my details. I did a face to face interview and a small tasks. It was about judging which situations could potentially cause hazards etc. - fairly easy. It also had a Maths task and another one that tested for attention to detail.
