Interview 1, call with recruiter. Fairly easy, she was just trying to get a bigger picture on who I am as a person and why I'm interested. Then we discussed the basics of the position. Interview 2, in-person interview with school's director. Felt very conversational, however went into more detail including follow-up questions throughout the interview. Ended with a location tour, which was fun. Interview 3, Zoom call with Regional manager. Again, felt conversational. He was trying to learn more about who I am as a person and get a feeling for my personality over my qualifications for the position, which I highly value.
