My interviewer asked how I would deal with a client who didn't want to take a shower when the family was coming that day and would definitely want to see their loved one showered. That lead to a long discussion of the various showering challenges and solutions. We also talked about dealing with a difficult coworker who didn't like you and how I handled that. There was an online integrity test that covered basics like do not steal, lie, or beat up your coworkers.
There are none. Most of the questions are very common. There is really is not a standard set of questions once you make it to the second level interview which is generally an interview with the hiring manager.
How does your background align for this role
There really was nothing that was difficult or unexpected, did not ask as many behavioral questions as in other interviews.
