Second interview, the manager gave me examples of a call question and I gave her ways I would provide answers. These were basic nursing type questions that a patient would ask. She asked personal questions to better understand my personality because it is a small department of 7 nurses and she wanted someone that would "fit" in. She asked about past employment and reasons for leaving. Her boss, gave details of the company and asked my long term goal, did the hours work for me, did I think I would like working at this company? He was concerned I would not like the position because it was a teaching job more than a case management job.

Started off - tell me about yourself/career path so far Several behavioral questions- describe a time when using your people skills for education etc, describe a time when you encountered a difficult situation with a patient/family member and how did you deal with it. I did a lot of pre-prep for this interview, and used relevant situations that were complex that I had already encountered which I think helped a lot.
