As stated I did not have an interview. I sat in on one where director asked interviewee how he would address substance abuse with a client who presented an active co-occurring disorder. It turned out most new hires had little to no experience with co-occurring disorders regardless of their education or "therapy background." Therefore, they were less than effective.

You must provide any experience with their job description, like, working with children, if you speak fluent Spanish, if you enjoy interacting with minors, what can you offer to this position, and how soon can you start.
