I found the IQ test - Wonderlic irritating. The questions had no relevance on the skill set a person would be utilizing in a CM position, plus you wouldn't be making CM decisions in under 12 minutes. CM is not high pressure in the moment decision making - it requires thought and strategy.
Most difficult question: In your managerial experience, did you ever have to let somebody go? If yes, how did you do that?
Detail experience beyond resume providing examples of larger accomplishments or obstacles.
