I felt the test was designed to apply pressure rather than to measure any kind of competency. I had 13 minutes to map an impact assessment and design stakeholder mapping for a scenario they had provided. Gave me the impression they didn’t understand the ask themselves. Jumped to an incorrect conclusion that I had access to resources in my previous role which meant I wasn’t capable of delivering training myself (pretty basic). I had to reiterate that I am able to work autonomously and hadn’t referenced any other parties in response to the training question. Final round interview with 2 managers that have been with the company 20 odd years. One manager came across condescending and I felt the questions were a bit pie in the sky rather than trying to understand my ability to deliver on the ground. The energy and approach I received in interviews 2 and 3 put me off the role.
