1General Hr round was pretty straight forward with basic interviewing questions like past experiences, and job role discussions. 2. Hr General Manager's interview was an in depth telephonic round comprising of previous experiences, situation based analytical questions, skills discussion .It thoroughly covered every aspect of interviewing questions that you might expect for sales profile and a managerial profile. 3. Assistant V.P. round over skype was grilling, I was being questioned about current affairs,analytical skills, challenges, project betterment ideas,action plans... it went on for a few hours excruciatingly minute pin point discussions.
